- Easy 30-Day Returns: You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (including tags, inserts, and accessories). Item(s) must placed back in the original box if arrived in one and then in a packaging box. Do not place a return label or anything on the actual product original selling box.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process all returns.
- Exclusions:
- Used cookware, or custom/personalized items cannot be returned.
- Clearance or “final sale” items are non-returnable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us by email to sales@cajuncookware.com within 3 days for a replacement or refund.
- Return Shipping:
- Free returns on damaged or incorrect items.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
