Founded by Melissa and Manny Dunlap of St. Gabriel, Louisiana, the company began with one goal - bring authentic Cajun cooking tools to cooks everywhere.
As the company grew, Melissa and Manny realized home cooks needed options — something lighter, faster-heating, and ideal for everyday use.
