Sauce
Create the sauce by melting the butter in a pot.
Add green onions, bell peppers and crawfish seasoning - preferably with Blanchard’s Blend Cajun Seasoning.
Cook until vegetables are wilted.
Add Heavy whipping cream and cream cheese, stir and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Top with green onions and season to taste.
Cook on medium-low for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Fish
Preheat oven to broil setting.
Place fish in pot and season with Blanchard’s Blend Cajun Seasoning.
Set timer for 10 minutes.
Baste with melted butter 6 minutes into cooking.
Cool until fish is 145 internal temp or till meat flakes. Eat and enjoy!
